Are you tired? Feeling disconnected? Wanting to experience a more abundant life?

You’ve heard about this “Green spaces” thing and you’ve wanted to know more about it. Or, maybe you know the benefits and would love to make some friends along the way!

Consider joining the “Mindfulness in Nature - Awareness: Calm, Connect & Care” series this summer!

Each session will include time indoors and outdoors. There will be education, specific mindfulness-based activities following the session’s theme followed & processing time. Drinks & Snacks will be provided & you’re encouraged to bring picnic food for yourself as part of the MINDFUL experience!

Session One: Through a series of exercises, including being in nature, mindful eating, &

expressive activities, we will learn new ways to calm our minds & bodies.

Session Two:  Research shows that connecting with the beauty around us can reduce

anxiety & depression. We will use all our senses to inhale the beauty of

nature & expressive activities to exhale creativity that will help us feel better

connected to ourselves, others, and our environment.

Session Three: Our society makes it seem like self-care is an indulgence rather than a

than a necessity. In this session, we will find ways to nurture and care for

self in ways that can generalize and become an outlook rather than an

                              event!
